The terms that apply when you use this website and its tools.
These terms apply to your use of isocertificationconsultants.ca (the "site"), operated by ISO Certification Consultants Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Consulting engagements and software subscriptions are governed by the separate written agreement for that work, not by these terms.
Information on the site
The articles, guides, readiness assessment, ROI estimator and other content are general information about management system standards and certification. They are not professional advice for your organization, and they do not replace the text of the standards, the requirements of your customers, or the decisions of your certification body or regulators. Standards and regulations change, so check the current edition and requirements before you rely on any detail.
We are consultants, not a certification body. We prepare organizations for certification audits; certificates are issued by independent, accredited certification bodies, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Estimates from the ROI estimator and scores from the readiness assessment depend on the figures and answers you enter. They are illustrations, not quotes or promises.
The chat assistant
Answers from the chat assistant are generated by an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong, so confirm anything important with one of our consultants before acting on it. Do not enter confidential or personal information in the chat.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, or sends automated or abusive requests to its forms or chat assistant.
Intellectual property
The site's text, images, design and logos belong to ISO Certification Consultants Inc. or its licensors. You may read, share links to and print pages for your own internal use. Do not republish or sell site content without our written permission. Names of standards and the organizations that publish them belong to their respective owners.
Links to other websites
The site links to standards bodies, regulators and other third-party websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including the chat assistant, the readiness assessment and the ROI estimator.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
